haha bordom cars been down for a bit . I am a graphic designer so i made my own vynl gfx and put em on to see what it owuld look like. Zoomed out pics? none showing that cancer but of the car i do.

Im a certified structural repair tech.. if there were more pics of different angles I could give a more accurate response.. but the process required to remove the rust and whatever damage is there.. on the pic it looks like there's some bondo under the paint.. I hope not.. but if its just surface rust from the paint being chipped like that it is required to pull off the vinyl graphics and sand the car down around the area of rust and feather it out some. so you can see the transition of. anyways its getting too complicated.. basically sand around the area do some metal work if neede then a little bit of body filler prime/seal/ then fog the paint to blend it with the rest of the car.. you cant just paint one spot. you have to paint around it to blend it into the rest of the car.... then clear.. then sand then buff.. blah blah... Its expensive if you have someone else do it.. I would just get some sandpaper. and sand the rust off.. with like 240 grit.. and the area around it lightly then spray some black primer on the spot.. not alot.. just a touch... cheaply to sell the car and it set out side during winter not driven . But i heard i goda cute and re do that panel with sheet metal. im sure i can paint it my self but the actual hard **** like re do fender i couldnt do.
