Tonight i go to get in the car and the alarm is going of and wont shut off i pull the siren and then pull off the batt cables no go there it wont stop so as it sits the the cables off and parked since it has a starter kill!!! Whats wrong with this thing?

i actually had a problem with my alarm in the winter. what would happen is i would drive and i'm guessing the sensors would warm up, but then about 30 minutes after i shut the car off my alarm would go off. I know its just a matter of adjusting the sensitivity but i ended up putting it in valet mode and its been like that for a year and a half now

try resetting the brain.. i've had similar glitches with some of my systems and a reset generally does the trick..
