Never heard of them, but they look to be of fair quality. Inlinepro may be best for your price range.

I didn't find a pic of the honda version, but the miata one will boost creep like a mother because it's a tubular manifold with the wastegate only on one runner. I'd get a lovefab shorty for the price range you're after. http://www.lovefab.com/
