i have a 1990 integra rs and its not on the road yet i just putt a new coil on it last week and had it running and i parked it. i went up this week to start it and get it on the road and i have no head lights,brake lights,dash lights,and when i go to start it it turns over for about 3 sec and stops then turns over for another 3 secs then stops im so lost i have good spark and feul but i just cant figure it out i also putt a different starter in it and that diddent help either if you might know what might help please tell mee thanx

 

Have you tried to jump start it yet. If you can't even jump start it that eliminates your battery as a problem source.

 

the battery is brand new and i also put new battery wires on it.
