where to buy nsx motor from
im looking to buy a complete swap, everything needed to just drop it in, im trying to get an idea of how much the swap is cuz i can get a no motor/trans and missing seats nsx for hella cheap and am trying to get an idea of how much its all gonna cost to do
Try getting a hold of ERZ Motors. They carry a bunch of used parts and engines from crashed NSXs. To give you a general idea of what the cost may be with a 3L motor:
NSX engine: 5K+
NSX tranny: 2K+
NSX seats: couple hundred+
3.2L motors are a bit more, especially the 6 speed transmission. Good luck.

They only list cars on their website. You have to pick up the phone and call them to ask about drivetrains.

Do we no? Know.
ERZ is the place for parts from wrecked NSXs.

It's designed to do that, to protect the passenger compartment. Look closely at the photo and you'll see that there is virtually no intrusion into the passenger compartment. Of course, the whole concept behind crash protection is to allow damage to the car in order to protect the occupants.
I've seen quite a few crashed NSXs - some in photos, some in person - and the car offers crash protection that is simply outstanding.

Ever see a CART car in a wreck? They are made to fall apart around the tub to absorb the impact to protect the tub/driver. Same goes for a well designed street car. i.e. NSX

I doubt that was any comfort to the guy picking glass out of his ***.
Also, it appears that the compartment is contorted a little. I am sure ethe guy is fine though. As long as the flying glass didn't get him.
For motors, you might also try SOKO America as well.

It's just as well.
All that perfectly good aluminium would be better used as beer cans, anyway.
