Just wondering what a/r. is?
Ok, I did a search and found nothing. This has been plaguing me for weeks now. I didnt want to ask cuz I know I will get someones flame
. My question is this: is a/r talking abt the inlet/outlet on a turbo? what does it stand for? Does it need to be a specific size for you hp goals, engine type, etc.? I hear a lot of ppl with the .63 ar and I am just curious as to what it is. Thanks for your help guys!

Smaller A/R housing has faster spool up. Bigger A/R housing has less back pressure, more flow for the top end.</TD></TR></TABLE>(Now you made me feel guilty - even though it only took me 15 sec to find........must stop chastising.........arg.............)
