alright guys, this EF hatch has no key nor title...how can i get a title for it and how can i get it to run?

EDIT: oh yea, and how much should i offer for it? im pretty sure its not in good condition.

 

Well I guess you could go down to the DMV and see if they could tell you who owns it, then you could transfer the title.

As far as no key, well the easiest way that would cost some money, would be to just buy a new lock cylinder for the ignition. Course all the exterior keys are different matter.

 

hey man ur san antonio?.. where at?.. as far as getting a title, i need to talk with you, i can more then likely get a title for the car. Also i can get you a key made by the VIN number for less then 5 bucks.. IM me so we can talk in private.

 

most hondas past 88 or 89 or so you can call honda and get a key cut off the vin.

 

do you guys think this car is worth $350? i mean i have to get a new title and a new key...what do you guys think?

 

registration will be a PAIN. buy it if you are close to the dmv as u will be travelling there A LOT. make sure u know what you have to do to register it before you buy it. the key situation shouldnt be too hard.
