Default Opinions on Setup

I own a 96 Integra Rs.Heres the setup I'm going with some of which is already done let me know what you think.

1)Mild port and polish(head)
2)Stiffer vavle springs with oversize SS vavles
3)JG 201 cams
4)HKS cam gears
5)DC 4-1 header
6)Type R intake manifold
7)AEM FPR with rail
8)Full front to back 5Zigen exhaust
9)Hondata s100
10)Unorthadox power pulley kit
11)S-afc

Thats what the setup is gonna be for next year.I'm not expecting crazy #'s with it just something realiable. My buddy has a similar setup and he dynoed at 170.3whp which I thought was pretty impressive considering a stock RS Teg would probably dyno at around 115-118whp so he made some large gains.I'm hoping with this setup I'll be mid 14's which I don't think will be a problem because I hit a 15.3 with just I/H/E which I was happy with.Let me know what you guys think and if anyone is running a similar setup any imput would be great.

Thanks
AB

what u got?? LS/V?? either way you can prob hit mid 14's.. a Type R manifold won't fit onto a LS head. If you got a LS let me know. I got a mild port and polish head and crower 403 and crower dual valve springs for sale.
