I have a black em1 and i want ctr head lights NOW i cant stand the stock ones..but im short on cash. If i do them my self meaning i paint them will it look as nice as the real ones(replicas)

 

I doubt they'll look as awesome as real ctr headlights, they might look ok but they will never be anything like the real ones cause the real ones have a city light, you're homemade ones won't

i dont like the looks of DIY headlights...but others do. Be patient with your mods and it will turn out better. If you want to look of ctr headlights...save up the $

 

My best advice is search around there are people that have done them and put up DIY look at them or look up Unsung EM1 my car looks A LOT like his (and no I didnt copy him)
I personally dont like it or hate it.
And CTR > DIY

 

If you really like CTR headlights just save up for them. Look around and find the best deal, and when you have the cash, buy em..
