Default Engine Life for 2 different set ups

Basically I want to know which set up will last longest. I am hoping to start re-building in January and want to get at least 100,00 miles from the engine. I live in Ireland and we have 95 Octane as Reg pump gas and also have 97 Octane premium for a few cent more per litre. My car is a JDM 94 SiR Integra (USA GSR)
Option 1
CTR Pistons 0.025 oversize, Skunk 2 IM,Skunk 2 Valvetrain with stage 2 cams,DC header,ACT clutch, Y80 transmission.

Option 2
ITR Pistons 0.025 oversize, Skunk 2 IM,Skunk 2 Valvetrain with Stage 1 cams,DC Header,ACT,Y80 transmission.

The above set up will be tuned with Hondata

I will be machining and honing the block myself(Im a machinist for Pratt and Whittney, a USA company who repair/overhaul jet engines).
I wish to ship the head to Endyn for a 3 angle valve job and full P&P.
There are no reputable porters here in Ireland and since I will be purchasing my Skunk 2 components in USA I want to ship them all to Endyn and have them assemble the head for me.

I would rather go with option 2 above, I feel with the availability of 97 octane here at reasonable prices that I would be able to have a bigger window to tune this motor with consideration to detonation. However if there was a dramatic difference in engine life that would make me consider option 1 a bit more.

One more thing what would the difference in HP and torque between these motors be? I do know they would have totally different power bands between each one.Any opinion on preferences are also welcome.

Go raibh maith agat.(thank you)

P.S. I will be looking to purchase all the Skunk 2 componenets in January so any reliable source to purchase these items who could then also ship then ship the lot to Endyn would be most grateful.
