Default Does anyones intercooler hang below bumper?

So last night I bought a piece of pipe to run between the 2 intercooler piping while i wait for my IC to come back from cali. I went to put the front bumper on and it looks like it is going to hang way below the bumper. I just looked through "post your intercooler shots" thread and NO ONEs hangs below!

Mines kinda hangs low but it's because whoever welded the beam welded it too low . Which makes the IC hang a bit lower.
Has your car ever been in a accident?

Craig, thanks for the pics. That is very helpful. I have this strange feeling that mine is going to hang a lot lower than that. in that case I dont know what i am gonna do. I dont want to be bashing the IC on the road. Oh, how many inches tall is the IC?

it all depends on where you mount your brackets. If you are removing the bumper support you should be able to fit your intercooler in there comfortaly without any issues. If you mount your tabs in correct location then you should be able to keep it from showing

when i first got my kit installed at hung below the bumper because the bumper support was in the way (eg)

after a few scrapes in my driveway i took off the bumper support and now it fits fine

Mine hangs below, I would take pics but I don't have the program for my camera on this computer. I hate it actually and I'm going to cut the metal bumper soon. My IC isn't that big either, it's 20x8x3.
