Non-VTEC to VTEC rotors
im not completely sure but i think you would have to get v-tec calipers cause the v-tec rotors are thicker and wider...... but hey instead of gettin v-tec calipers i would do a nsx caliper swap

Yes they are. As for the fronts, you will need the bracket and caliper from a VTEC lude.

If money is a concern...go with the Legend calipers. The NSX calipers are a waste of $$$ if you are looking for the performance aspect of the mod. The Legend calipers are are also a dual piston caliper.
However, if you don't race your car on the track...there is NO NEED to upgrade your calipers or rotors. All you need to get are a performance brake pad (I recommend Axxis Ultimate pads) and better tires.

I have a 93 si that i did a H22 swap to. but the car itself was kinda beat up and I needed a bunch of stuff and I happened to find these guys in Denver. I bought a couple of bumpers and 93 VTEC front brake lines/rotors/calipers. The entire BOLT-ON brake system cost ONLY $25. I took them back to my place and it took like an hour to mount and bleed the system and another hour of twisty back mountain roads to bed the pads in. Now everything is so sweet. Here is where I got them:

I did consider the ledgend upgrade too and they did have several of the 2 pot Legend calipers/rotors but I did not do enough research to figure out what any of the issues were or if they were bolt-on. For $25 I figured that I couldn't beat better bolt-on braking power. I don't care what your intentions are for the brake upgrade, but hopefully you'll put the new system to good autocross or roadcourse use. Enjoy.

How could the whole thing cost 25 dollars? Did you replace the rotors pads and lines, or just something extra you needed to install the VTEC brakes?
