With winter coming my car is going to be off the road, which is the perfect time to build it up. Please give some opinions and tips on the setup I want to run. Portflow build head with toda spec c cams, arias pistons (not sure of the cr), pouter rods, smsp header and exhaust, motec ecu, act 6 puck clutch with toda flywheel, and all the little stuff to complement the setup. Some questions I have are, what cr should I run if im going to be running pump gas? Would I need any parts for the ignition or will the ecu cover that? Please inform me on anything else I might have missed.

 

if you want all you can get out of thos TODA Cs then yeah you're going to have to up the compression. i'd run on 100o 24/7 if i were you as well

 

I don't know, maybe some RC310cc injectors and maybe if you want, you could add a JDM typeR final drive.

 

what is your purpose of doing this? if it is just to go straight then i'd suggest a 92 mustang with a 200 shot....that would be way cheaper then what you are wanting to do!

don't forget to add brake pads with that added power!

Order the SMSP header and exhaust now, and you might have it in time for Memorial Day. 12-12.5:1 compression should be fine with ,say, 370cc injectors and your properly tuned Motec. Stock ignition is adequate for that setup.
