squeakng noise from wheel
what's up guys. i have a 90 accord ex and i am hearing squeaking noise from the right wheel. it does the squeaking noise when it goes on small bumps and when i turn the steerking wheel to the right but it does not do the noise when i turn left. now i pushed the car down from the top and i think the noise comes from the middle of the wheel. i have been told from the accord forum it might be the shack but why does it do the noise more when i turn the steerign wheel to the left. if u guys know what it is i would appriciate if u tell me what is wrong with my car
thank u

sounds like it could be coming from the sway bar bushings, check to see if they are there/in good condition.
are you running any polyurethane bushings on the car?

sorry man i don't know what bar bushigs is but i checked the rubber thing that holds the wheel and it looks fine. what ever is in the wheel is stock. i haven't done any upgrades. one thing if it helps is that when i jack up the car to check what is wrong. the noise desepears for like 24 hours then comes again. now it is doing all the times don't matter if i jack up the car it's still going to do it. i hope it help dertemine what is wrong with my car thanks for the reply

Does it make the noise turning the wheel with the car sitting still?

I have this same problem sort of......its a high pitched whine only when I turn the wheel and only in certain spots its not my cv's i had those replaced (the clicking) and I took it to my mechanic he sprayed some wd-40 on it, it went away for like 2 weeks and is now back. I was thinking wheel bearing (but those are usually noticable when driving) any suggestions would help. thanks
hey chiovnidca it does it both man. either when i turn the wheel with the car and when i turn the wheel standing still man. it does it all the times. both times.
do u have any idea what is wrong with it man?

Probably a bad lower ball joint. Pull back the boot to see if it is rusty inside.
