4th gen radio antenna is a bitch to take off... what am I doing wrong? Or how in the heck do I get this thing off? Thx

 

take the nut off the top, it is a bit hard to remove. i used a rag (so as not to remove the finish) and a robogrip. if your not sure where the nut is go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and you'll be able to see it on the parts breakdown.
