I have the following misc. stuff I am gonna "donate" since I am broke, but I want to help John out since I've known him for a long time and I feel for him.

This is the way it works... you make an offer on any item from the list, and if anyone else wants to top it, go for it. Kinda like an auction.
Once all the items have been spoken for, use the Paypal link in that post, and wire the cash into the cancer fund. I'll send the item to you, and BAM! We've all helped out John Gadd's father in the process. I'm letting these parts go regardless of price, so the more cash offered, the better. Think of it as saving someone's life.
