In search of world's fastest street B16 turbo civic ?

I am looking to see who has the fastest street civic with a B16a. This car ran a 10.2 @ 137 mph with muffler , full interior , daily driver car with NO NOS ! Here in the pic is the famous tuner from Puert Rico "P-PO TECH" and he can prove his work since he has an 8 sec hatch with no sponsors. If anyone has any info let me know , thanks. I will be posting timeslips soon.
