Default Clutches: Difference between Organic and Metallic?

Im looking into getting a new clutch. I was thinking of picking up an Exedy clutch. Can anyone give me some details about the differences between Organic and Metallic? I want a clutch for track/street use. My set up is N/a with (hoping) about 190 whp. What would be an ideal clutch for the setting? Thanks.

if you talk to ben@importparts.com, he's selling the drag 3 turbo kit for a good deal for a honda-tech.com members' groupbuy. You can get the clutchnet stage 2 clutch for an additional 300. You might wanna ask him if he'll sell you the clutch alone for 300 dollars without having to buy the turbo kit. I think 300 dollars for a nice clutch sounds like a good deal.
