So I was comming back from lunch and saw this Geo Metro looking car with 14" fake spinners illin in this parking lot. They looked like they were made out of plastic. I almost swirved into the other lane I was laughing so much. Where do these people get off?!

Kinda looked like the spinning part was one of those fake rotors u put under the getto hubcap.
