You know those black lines at the side of the integra's? The black rubber thingy thats suppsed to prevent any scratches..... what are these called? Sidemoldings?

I wanted to do a search on them, so I know how much I would be looking at to have them painted to the body color of the car.....

What does it mean to shave off the sidemoldings?

the price varies in areas you'd be better off bringing it to a body shop and getting quotes.
shaving the sidemolding would be to remove at molding fill in the holes left over smooth it out and repaint the area so it would be as if it was never there.
