the best hassle free beat on it all day long turbo setup is the greddy. sad but true.

 

If you spend enough time on here searching and reading and asking the questions you cant find you could piece one together.

 

I'd say lower your compression first

 

Id go with a custom kit. You get the parts you want the first time around without having to substitute parts from a put together kit. You'll also eventually down the road want to upgrade, so just do it right the first time.

There are guys around this site that have turbo ITR's. You may want to PM some of them and find out more info.
