Default motor back from engine builder! pictures!

Well i FINALLY got my motor back from my engine builder. It looks so damn nice. I cant wait to get it all working. I took a few pictures and thought i would share...lemme know what you think.

Heres a run down on the goods

93 civic SI
jdm dohc ZC genII (obd1)
crower stage 3/4 custom spec turbo cams
golden eagle sleeved
custom Wiseco 9:1 ZC pistons
crower rods
arp head bolts
custom sidewinder (a-la hytech/lovefab) turbo manifold
custom intake manifold
garrett t3/t04e .63ar 60trim stage 5 wheel
Hydro ZC tranny w/ Cusco LSD
ACT xtr6 clutch
JUN lightweight flywheel
Walbro 255lh intank
STR fuel rail

The head is mostly stock right now. But ill be getting full head work soon. As for fuel right now im gonna run DSM 450cc and the uberchip to breakin the motor...but im pretty sure im going to go with a hondata and 850cc injectors. Also later i might play around with the idea of a SC61.

Goal of the project is 500hp.

Golden eagle sleeves

my honda

JEBUS! Don't worry guys Liam can do ANYTHING! Guru of the Poor Man's Hondata to brewing up his own gasoline in his garage to blowing up D16s (lucky bastard is sponsored by his local junkyard)!

Good Luck!

A couple comments and questions...

Why do people still use the ZC with the rarity of parts around for them if something breaks? I'm not bashing, but why not use an LS longblock? You're at least at 1.8L instantly with that.

Second of all... do you live with your girlfriend, wife, or mother? If I put an engine on my kitchen counter, I'd be shot.

Thirdly, that EG is fawkin' clean as hell. Nice and simple... looks amazing! Good luck with your project.

Oh yeah, one more thing... are you sure that turbo you're using will make 500?

I was thinking those two same exact things. Especially the part about getting shot... Nice motor though! Enjoy it!

I thought about going with a b-series. But it would have still been twice as much money. I really didnt spend alot of cash on this setup. And i wanted to be different. There has to be a billion b-series turbos out there. Now many ZC turbo setups in 92-95 do you see?

I live with my girlfriend jenni (civic_gurl) she doesnt mind having engine parts on the counter.

And for the turbo, im not sure if it will support 500hp or not. Its gonna be close. I got a great deal on it i figured it would get me started in the right direction until i had the money for something bigger and better.

Yea i dont plan too. I just needed something cheap (its free after all) so i could start the car and idle around. Once the motor is all broken in and i have money for fuel injectors ill try to pickup a hondata. I dont plan on doing any hp discovery with the uberchip.
