Default OT, but I can't find the answer anywhere else..

And reality dictates that this forum is where I post the most anyways so I figure I may as well ask here, under my username here in the forum, I notice a percentage. It was [100%] for the longest time, now I noticed it at [99%], what exactly does this mean? I looked for an FAQ or users guide but can't find anything so hope you guys know. Thanks

Have you been in an argument recently or really pissed someone off? Others can change your %, which IMO is your bs or approval rating. For example, you don't want an 85% rating or everyone will think your full of sh*t.

No, actually I haven't been in any kind of arguments at all which is why I don't understand. Can't imagine why on earth anybody would deduct from me, I thought I'd given nothing but good info/advice/opinion so far, guess somebody doesn't like me, oh well!
