Random Technologies Cat - welded flanges?

Does anyone know if the flanges are welded on the cat for a G3 Teg?

i wouldnt get a random technologies cat, it doesnt flow nearly as well as it should, but i think you may need to get flanges welded. i think the cat comes as a "universal" fit
