Vehicle GSM monitor system
Here's the info that some of you were asking about the alarming system
The ojective of the vehicle utilizes the global networking system (GSM) is to alert you instantly through your cell phone, whenever your vehicle alarm is triggered, no matter where you are! Basically its a small computer device that attaches to any existing vehicle alarm, this will enable you to program up to few numbers eg. office, home and cell phone and it will keep dialing until someone answers the phone. Imagine you are shopping and suddenly your alarm goes off. Your cell phone rings and you will get to the car quickly, its as if you are personally guarding the vehicle at all times.
Easy installing as match with your existing vechicle alarm, no matter where you are, the system will call you within 10 seconds when your vehicle alarm is trigger. Simple installation, works with any car alarm. Built in fuel cutoff, does not affect any electrical system no electrical output.
You need a phone inside the car at all time, T-Mobile 3390 with the basic plan of $19.99 a month, with the tax I end up paying $24.29 a month.
I have the GSM system in my truck and it works really well.

is it diy? and what if our phones don't have reception and stuff. I use t-mobile now and let me tell you, they suck big time. also, can we just add that phone to like a family plan or something? we are paying the same bill for it anyway.
Just a reminder. This system will help, but its just another layer that a profesional thief would have to bypass. In fact, it's probably one of the easier layers to bypass. I won't get into how, but I know it can easily be bypassed. You'll never get that phone call.
The best you can do is layer your security so a thief can't "drive" your car away. This doesn't mean they can't break into it and take whats on or in it. This also doesn't mean they can't tow it.

This system is not perfect, but is not that easy as you think, you would not know if that vehicle has the GSM monitoring system or not. As soon as you trigger the alarm, even tho if you locate and disable it somehow, the T mobile automatically start dialing within 2 sec. (the time you triggered the alarm), I will receive the signal thru my phone or assigned numbers. Again this system is not perfect, for example, signals. It all depends where you park your vehicle, like parking garages, in the mountains or tunnels etc. I had the GSM in my truck for a little over 1 year now, and I have couple of incidents that someone was messing with my truck (not getting into details) and I am glad I have this GSM unit inside

Hopefully you can hook up any cell phone you want. Maybe sign up for a family talk plan and use the car phone as one of the slots.
Only the T-mobile 3390 will work with this sytem. Sorry
You can hide the phone under the dash or just put it under the seats. I use the T mobile when the truck is not in the alert mode so I won't waste my minutes.
