***Idle Problem***
Stock 2000 GSR w/ b16 ECU obd1 (temporary) Neo Water wetter and distilled water in the radiator (no anti-freeze coolant)
symptoms- at idle it revs from 600rpm-1,500rpm for a few seconds then goes to normal. Water temp fluctuates when driving goes from normal temp to almost cold engine. I just began notincing it today so I havent observed when the change occurs during high or low speed.
My theory- idle is due to a vacuum leak, Temp I dunno
