On a stock motor I personally think so. I have seen a turbo LS, EG beat a Turbo GSR, EK both running 7 psi on stock motor's. This was at Ennis TX 1/4 mile track.
I know that when built that a turbo GSR is kick ***. Allen from Honda Heaven in Arlington TX is running 10.80's in a street legal 95' si hatch with a fully built GSR Turbo setup. His MPH is somewhere around 135 I believe.

hey turbo gsr is that time on slicks?? i would think with 450 hp you should be hitting mid 10's with decent traction

 

When I ran that 11.90, I had 386 at the wheels. Last time I dynoed my car, I made 480 at the wheels. 1 month after that dyno, my car was stolen from my house. But I'll be back. Stronger than ever. I think w/ that power, I would have dipped into the tens.
