i would like to know to bump -

I was told most just paint, and personally ive only seen it look good on white cars, black/red - black if cf hood.

I think that's a silly thing to do, but if you do it I'm willing to bet it's paint, and wet sanding whatever's excess. As long as you tape it good and go about it correctly it'll come out nice.

I believe that is a label. I saw it for sale on ebay once but passed it on.

With all the bad attention tegs get from theives, i beleive the theme is to try to stay discrete rather than get noticed...

That is not a sticker. It looks like it was custom molded in somewhat.

Ive always thought it was an imprint into the bumper.

Edit: Usually the imprint is stock color, but this person painted it in.

Seems to me like one of those mods people do when they dont have $ only to regret it later

Hate to be the dick, but if you do this you mide as well paint your windshield wipers and vents too

And just because ill add my input to the thread

It looks like a sticker to me, IMO paint would be too easy to mess up in those little corners/areas.
