coil pack question

i had a problem with my rpm going up and down, jumping when i drive. i changed my coil pack and even tryed a destruitor from a LS that was workin fine in a 18c1 and its still the same

i have no idea its just obd1 factory gsr and obdl factory ls that i have tryed
