Default 4-1 vs 4-2-1

I am thinking of buying Mugen header for my R this x'mas, what set up should I get 4-1 or 4-2-1? I want to use back my OEM b-pipe and the Spoon axle back, I want to use the car for the track. Thanks guys.

What "Track?" Drag or autox/road race? If drag then get the 4-1 if other then 4-2-1.
I had both and I liked the 4-1 better. The 4-2-1 does give excellent midrange but dies a bit up top.

Why would you keep the oem b-pipe?

I want the Mugen B-pine too, but I heard my Spoon N1 axle back won't fit.

If you are looking for a quality 4-2-1 header my friend has the Spoon on sale for $550 plus shipping since you are in australia. I would assume that the Mugen 4-2-1 would take quite sometime for you to get. As for the b pipe if you can't go Mugen T1R will bolt up to your N1 and has bigger piping than the Mugen.

Isn't it supposed to be "Mtek" pretty soon?
