Default Suspension Techniques + Need reinforcement?

Just curious when using a ST sway bar kit, should you reinforce the subframe with an additional kit? Or is it fine to just bolt on the ST kit by itself?

i have a friend that had his st rear sway installed on his 93lx 4door back in 95 without reinforcement kit. and it runs and eats corners like an obese american. i'ved had my st rear sway on my 95ex coupe for the past 3 years now without reinforcement and still takes turns like a fat kid loves cake.

I had the ST 19mm rear bar for over a year on my 93 Si with no problems at all. I don't think a 19mm bar is strong enough to tear anything.

Just last week I got the Beaks 22mm ITR bar because 19mm was too small.
