I have a vis cf hood thats jdm style, so it just bumps up and i have the
opportunity to get jdm head lights and a jdm mugen bumper. Will the hood and the bumper line up or not?

Also, can i use usdm corner lenses with the jdm head lights?

no in all cases.. thats just it.. JDM style.

thats apples and oranges.

the hood wont work with the latch and rad. support, the headlights are just all off all together, and the bumper accomodates the headlights..

all JDM or all american.. no "styles".. just doens't work.

edit.. my bad, the hood is still JDM Style, so.. it would close.. but the new JDM headlights won't fit being the hood has smaller holes for the headlights, and the bumper might fit, but that would be just gay if the headlights wont fit.
