Camber kit + Azenis = AHHHH
Ok, So i bought 205/50/15 Azenis and some Rota 15'' Slips with new ST springs (2.25front / 2.0 rear). I put everything on and my damn Ingall Camber kit (only on front) makes my rims+tires stick out a TON so it rubs on my FENDER. Im thinking about removing the camber kit and get it aligned, but im worried about camber wear.
Should I be fine with no camber kit and a good alignment?
Oh yeah here some pics and I just got GSR seats with my FUGLY blue interior
lol... I could of told you that.... remove camber kit and get alighnment. it won't eat the tires fast. trust me.... I had the exact same set up on the exact color hatch with the same wheels and tires...
wassup B Cruz. i dont know if you remember me, but i met you while driving along union city blvd awhile back. haha. dont you have a white eg? yea your ride is clean yo. hit me up though. late
i had 205/50 azenis with 15 in slips and had the same prob. they are like a 215/50...wide as ****. i had camber kit and i rolled my fenders. still rubbed...i said **** it and drove for a while since it wasnt hurtin anything body wise. i ended up selln them for some 195/50 es100....havent looked back since.
my civic did the same thing then I rolled the fenders and it still rubbed...I then took a grinder to the inside lip and removed enough metal to clear the tire, then painted over the metal so it wouldn't rust. No problems since then.

Tell the alignment shop to ignore the camber and have them set the toe to zero.
Improper toe causes more tire wear than improper camber does. Don't worry about your camber. If your toe is set to zero, your tires should wear fairly even.

Toe is the major alignment factor that causes uneven tire wear. Camber plays some role, but toe is much more critical when doing any alignment. You also want some camber anyways for better handling.

same thing happened to my bro in laws Ek. It rubbed soooo bad that it cut the tire. We rolled the fenders (thanks to by old little league bat) and all is well.
take off that camber kit and just get an alignment, the camber wear is not bad at all. The factory camber limit is 1.75 and your not to far over. you can get a good rear camber kit to help.

while this is all true, it isn't his problem and doesn't answer his question. his tire is rubbing on the fender.

Exactly. He needs different tires. That's all there is to it...
Keep the camber kit. Tell the alignment shop about it so they can set the camber if needed though, which is likely. It helps to have one on a lowered car.

I used to have 15" group N with 205/50/15 azenis. Skunk2 camber kit in the front.
they were fine, only the inner fender well plastic piece got scraped down with my old tires.
try more negative camber. I heard that azenis are made with more meat on the inside to anticipate negative camber so they will wear out more even.

Azenis and negative camber will not be fun at all....
i give u a few months of daily driving this way until you azenis begin to look like ****.......these tires have a very soft compound and will not withstand negative camber for too long at all....
