CRX si vs. CRX dx

Default CRX si vs. CRX dx

Dumb question but I need to know asap (already did a search)
Are CRX si rims the EXACT same as CRX DX rims?
I need to buy new centre caps for my SI, and someone with a DX wants to sell me his.

As far as I know the si is the only model that got alloys the other all got steelies I think. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I am buying them off a guy for $20, and I am meeting him in markham.
Thanks for the offer tho.



There's a pic of his centre caps and I was wondering if they would fit on my si, they look as though they would.

The caps pictured should fit your Si wheels.

He probably got Si wheels for his DX, or perhaps the original buyer of his car got a set of Honda optional wheels on it or something.

As far as I know, DXes came with 13x5" steelies, while the Si came with 14x5.5" alloys. That's the way it was in the US, I dunno about up there in Canada.

This might be a little late but... Make sure that those caps came off the same model year. 88-89 or 90-91. As the si rims are different between those two years the size of the caps changed. I have both sets of rims and yes they are different. Your best bet to be sure is to just try one on your car!

yes the 88-89 si rim center caps are alot smaller than the 90-91 si center caps ,they will not even come close to fitting

how about meet him and try them on, if they fit and you like them, buy them, that simple. 20.00 can't beat it.
