Are the usdm 97-01 preludes the same as the cdn 97-01? Im looking into getting probably a 97 or 98 with a high km engine and swapping it for a H22.

My question is, will the h22 just drop right into the 97-98(any model) using the stock mounts/axles/linkage, etc?

I wont to just rip out the old and drop in the h22 fairly easily. All Im planning on doing is a 75 shot with i/h/e. Just wonderring is the h22 drops right into the cdn version very easily.

Yes your H22 should fit right into your Prelude if you have a 97-01

 

engine wise CDN and US ludes are the same
