I've actually got my engine up to 7920 before, pretty scary being that hard on the rev limiter, mis-shifted really bad
That's off the v-afc memory, so it's probably off, not sure where the actual tach read)

Take the time it out a little more and we might be able to answer your question more effeciently.
For my P13 ecu from a 94 4WS Prelude VTEC, Redline is 7200, fuel-cutoff (rev limiter) usually kicks in at 7400 reliably, that sounds bad
, but it usually does kick in right above 7400, you can get it up more because the ecu cant control the max rpm, just the fuel-cutoff time.
