Are the ones from 88-91 civics identical to the 92-96 prelude ones?

I don't think so. Aren't the 88-91 Civics dpfi and the ludes mpfi?

the MPFI resistors are all the same.

ok, I am throughly confused now? so the civic and prelude ones are not the same?

yes.

ALL cars that HAVE the resistor box are the same , the DPFI cars dont even have a box.
