Ok.. I was so happy today driving my Phoenix around Pittsburgh (a little bit chilly but not too cold weather).. The car pulled so strong..
I begun to think how lucky I am to have my ITR..
then... I begun wondering... hm... DC2R is done, not a single one is gonna be produced again..
then.... what if I ever gonna need to replace it someday?
I know people are selling their R..(wonder why? )

hm... I think for a while and suddenly the image of a CW DC5R comes up to mind..
aah, is there anyone here in H-TECH did a test drive ?
any opinions? is the car as loud? as fun to drive? can you feel the pull on VTEC?
where can I test drive one? I might be going there either January or February..
Is the DC5R deserve a big like DC2R?

I watched the best motoring.. the car looks good now.. after a while..

Note: Don't worry, I'll never trade in my DC2R.. I'll eat spam everyday if I must, but once DC5R is in the US, I am the 1st guy in line!!

 

From all the reviews they ARE all they're cracke up to be BADD A$$. They basically made the jump from our cars that the RSX-S made from a GSR. Mad torque, better stability, more rigidity, tighter steering. It's a step up. Unfortunately the only place you can test drive one is in Japan and Australia (I think).

I'm second in line.

 

Umm... I guess I have to go there(Japan) in person..
but I'll be damned if in the end, DC5R never make it to the US ground...

I test drove the RSX-S.. yeah, fast.. ok.. but the handling is just plainly (sorry) sucks. VTEC is not pulling as strong as DC2R...
I love noise and harsh ride... so I think the RSX-S is just too tame...
