i was wondering if a b series throttle body would go on perfect (except for the bore) on a d series intake manifold ... i searched around on here .. and found some that said it would .. and some that said it wouldnt work ...
so ...just wondering if anyone can clear this up for me ...
i can get a throttle body from a b18a ... but want to make sure it will bolt on with no hassle ...except for the bore matching of the intake manifold ...

no the holes don't line up with the a6 88-91 intake manifolds.

but if you swap over the z6 manifold the b tb's will fit on.

I was the one who posted how to make the b tb fit on a a6 mani...you have to drill the holes, its a bit of work but it can be done....but it is a "hassle"

ah ok koo .. thanx for the info ... i believe i do have a z6 manifold , not exactly sure ... some parts i had bought off a friend of mine .. most of it came from a 95 civic ... but not sure on the IM ...

anyway to get a IM from a b18a to work on a d16z6 head ?
heh ... cause i can get the whole thing if i need to .. just didnt think about it ... would think it would be too wide or something ...
