Default Automatic TRansmissions

i have a 90 civic hatch with a b16a auto tranny swap..,i do not want to race and do not want manual tranny. I talk on the phone way to much in the car. this is a dayly driver that is so much fun and I am also pretty stubborn!

I wanted to know if the Integra ZC auto tranny had a better 1st gear, cus the tranny runs great on the interstate, but it is a total dog from a stop.

Would you mind telling me what mount combinations you used for that swap? Cut and Weld I suppose. Sorry I have no info on the tranny gear ratios.

The Integra ZC tranny will not bolt to a B16 motor since they aren't from the same engine family. The only tranny's that will bolt to the B16 are from B series Civic/CRX/Del Sol and Integra's. The ZC tranny will bolt up to the ZC and then any of the 88-00 D series motors.

i am actually a retard..i tried to put the b16a engine three times and could not get it to fit because tranny was just to fat. so the only solution was to put a crx si engine w/ a 99 civic top end with the original tranny. i am very happy for what it is but i would still like a better 1st gear. Thanks Vtec villian i think you answered my question! Which ZC tranny would you recommend?
