ya here is the results: freezing cold and windy as fu@k!
no but there wasn't really anything impressive.
lots of miss shifting and breaking of cars.
erick aguilar brought out his green crx for a pass (10.4)
other than that the weather and track conditions really sucked.
sorry nothing special.

Does anybody know any of the results of the Pro Am All Motor who are the fastes out there?

 

showed up late today to a desert in cali that was colder than the jersey shore! did see ericks 10.6. power extreme was doing low 11s. caught sav holding it down for the east with a 9.2 . also had a quick second to say hi to mike laskey(nice meeting you!). hopefully tomorrow will have some better action, and some warmth!

how hot/cold was it? just curious how the weather was, and also, whats the elevation there?

 

its about 2800 feet and it was about 30 to 40 degrees out.

i saw an 11.91 and a higher 11.9x also... it'll be quicker than that tomorrow.

i will be posting footage of the pro am classes, they rock... rwd pro am only had two cars, and one of 'em went into the wall.

weather will be better sunday... vinnie ten ran a 7.9x(?)... very impressive for the conditions.

 

do you know who ran 11"s.

 

black honda is all i remember... might have also had a 12.01 earlier, along with the 11.91.

bisi 10.47@130.15(??!!) did not confirm that, all i'm going on is the lights, and half of 'em are burnt out! that number hardly seems possible at palmdale... i'd say it was a 10.97, but what about the mph? kinda weird no matter how you cut it.

erick 10.61@117, and i think that he is holding it back big time :-)

bisis did run a 10.49....i have it on tape and the announcer says it as well. All Motor by far is the cream f the crop class in any sanction. Thats who the crowd comes to see. Not a lot of cars...not a lot of trailors either. Temperatures could have been in the 50's.....Not a lot of good burn outs....track had no traction IMO after 3pm.

Hopefully Norm can make a nice clean pass today....Should be a 10 sec pass...i know the crx has it in 'er.
