Default APEXi N1 Question

Would a APEXi N1 axleback bolt right up to the OEM b-pipe?

I believe so.
I just replaced my cat-back. (N1 ). I did not notice if it fits flush, because I didn't need to unbolt that part, but I'm assuming it would, because the 2.5 fits flush with the cat.

no, the stock b-pipe has a flange similar to the one on the header. The N1 axle back is flush.

ah.. ic... i thought maybe you had the axleback in your possesion.
well.. if its like most aftermarket exhausts.. its probably flat like this...
edit - i searched and found pix of the N1 system.. yes.. the flanges are flat... it is NOT a direct bolt on!
just like civictuner said cheers

you'd need to mount it to this...

i suppose you could cut that 'flange' off

No need to cut the "flange" off, it comes off by itself (its a seperate piece)

I believe its referred to as a donut gasket? juts pull on it with some strong pliers, shold work its way off
