APEXi N1 Question
I believe so.
I just replaced my cat-back. (N1
). I did not notice if it fits flush, because I didn't need to unbolt that part, but I'm assuming it would, because the 2.5 fits flush with the cat.

i thought maybe you had the axleback in your possesion.
well.. if its like most aftermarket exhausts.. its probably flat like this...
edit - i searched and found pix of the N1 system.. yes.. the flanges are flat... <FONT SIZE="2"> it is NOT a direct bolt on! </FONT>

No need to cut the "flange" off, it comes off by itself (its a seperate piece)
I believe its referred to as a donut gasket? juts pull on it with some strong pliers, shold work its way off
