JDM Headlight H4 bracket
Well I finally found out why I cannot see **** with my driver side bulb. The wire clip that holds the bulb in tact did not come with the light. So my question is this: Is the clip used to hold the bulb in place universal for all h4 lights or do I have to use one specific for the 4th gen JDM housing?
If anyone has part numbers handy I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Good question I know the 5th gen preludes use the same concept that JDM 4thgens do... which is blub, wire clip, boot. BUT 5thgen us H1's for both high & low beam... so the clip is smaller (H1) than the clip for the H4.... if they were the same size.... I would say go to honda and buy one for the 5thgen.... but in your case.. you missing the H4 clip. I know the new Civc's use the H4 bulbs... so you can probably check with some one who owns one..... I tried to see if the clip was visible from this diagram... but no cigar.... http://www.hondaautomotivepart...LIGHT
hope this helps.
