Default exhaust leak.. help!

ok, to keep things short.. this is a 95' civic hatch si. recently, my exhaust has been making a lot of noise.. especially when i accelerate. it sounds like a have a monster under the hood.. but the car is entirely stock. last night, when i started the car up in the garage and let the car warm up.. i notice a puddle of black water.. coming between the piping. i notice the screws were loose.. so i turned off the car and tightened them. i started the car up again, and it was still loud! the leak was still there. when i put my hand under - between the pipes, i can feel air coming out of it. i'm certain that all the screws are tight too. when i put i hand where the muffler is.. i only feel a little breeze. i must've hit a big dip or something. btw, is there a piece that goes between the two piping? i don't have anything between the piping. what do i do?!

here's a picture to give y'all an idea

Well if you look in the pic I gave you you can pick the gasket out. Go to the website and buy it. Your local Honda dealer might have it to.
