obd-II + wideband O2. NEED HELP!
Hey all, I'm installing a PLX wideband into a 00 Si still running stock OBD-II ecu.
I have installed one in my car, running OBD-I and everything I have done isn't working....
Problem: CEL 41. I installed the 1/4 W 1K OHM resistor across the coil wires like i did on my car, and like the hondata, AEM, etc procedures all say to do to "trick" the ecu into thinking the coil is still there. But i still get a CEL 41. I have tried several different resistors and no luck. I can't find any info on doing this type of thing to an OBD-II ecu, everything else says OBD-I. Or with hondata, etc...
Anyone know how to fool the ECU on the OBD-II?
Thanks!
