Default Little help with headlights

I know this sounds kinda weird, but I was looking to purchase some JDM one piece black projection headlights that are absolutely sweet....anyways (sorry to get off subject) but I was reading into them and question 1 of 2 is:
There was a notice saying I had to use H1 and H3 bulbs and a running light of a g18-5 or M25. Do I have to use these bulb types or can I use my HID 9006 and 9005 bulbs. And where could I tap that running light into?

And my 2nd question is:
I notice there are a bunch of tabs obviously that bolt to the frame/body, is the removal of the front bumper required or does it just aid in install?

Also anyone who has done this install please let me know as far as light production, I have heard mixed reviews stating that it produces less light....but I figured with a projection it should increase it due to it is projecting that light and it isn't wasting excess light going up or out just straight forward. Input on this would be helpful too.
Again thanks

JDM one piece projectors? Never seen those, any pics? Also, what year Accord are we talking about here? There are a set of headlights off the Euro-R (CF chassis) Accord in Japan that are one-piece that look kind of like the two piece headlights on the USDM 5th gen. People have modded (they aren't direct bolt-in) these to fit the 5th gen. Another thing, projectors, IMO (having owned an GSR) aren't that great as far as producing a bright, spread out light beam.

Well these headlights ( don't know if they are officially JDM, however they are black housing one piece projections) are on http://www.autodynamic.com under headlamp assemblies, my car is a 4th accord the link is : http://216.82.69.117/detail.as...3PHBC I personally like these and there is actually 4 housings, far end for corner lamp, low beam, high beam and then a running light....looks pretty sweet. And as far as light production, I have HID so even if its down a little bit I won't notice just because HID is so much brighter than regular halogen or the fake HID.

those are MIT, made in taiwan, piece of sh-t projector.

expect about 20-25% less useable light output for those

i would just get one piece real jdm headlight made by stanley

Cool, good to know, also the one piece from stanley can I use my regular 9006/9005 HID setup? I just don't want to buy ANOTHER set of HID for 400 smackers, and the stanley's look sweet too, my friend had the one piece in his 90 teg, looked sweet.

Does anyone have a how to or a thread for this, tried searching and gave up. Its for a 4th gen. I know some time ago a guy did a really cool how to with pics for a civic but it looks like on the 4th gen headlights there isn't really room to paint the non-reflective housing, the whole headlight is the reflector. Thanks again.
