Default And the NIGHTMARE begins...

sometime at 2am i kept hearing imports with mufflers driving by my house and stopping next to my car ... so a little bit after i went out to see just why in the hell i hear the same car driving many times around the area, so i go out and chill inside my car and i see the jackass park across the st and 1 foo comes out with his hood on his head walking towards my car, then he saw me and he turns and pretends like hes on a cell and walking some other way then i see that he walked absolutely nowhere but in a big circle and he walked back to the car... All the fellow owners of DC2's and R's watch out carefully for your car because each DC2 is starting to disappear 1 by 1 ..
but the scoping car was a BLK DA6

That sucks man, you need to garage the R, I'm soo glad I live in Norway where car theft is not a problem at all.

if I had been in the same situation i would have had a 9mm in my lap...some *** would have gotten shot and id be in jail. I get really paranoid sometimes when i hear noises out side my house, they always sound like someone is trying to get into my garage.

You should keep a camer ready so you can snap their pics. I will sometimes have to park my car outside and when I hear or see something out of the ordinary, I'll snap the persons picture. This is effective at night, because when the flash goes off, they see it, then see me standing there looking at them, then they leave. I had one dude park about 50 away from my car after he drove by it twice, come back and look at my car. This guy walked around the car twice and looked inside from different angles. I snapped a pic of the dude then he looked up at my window then walked to his car and left. Nothing ever happend after that. But if it did, I'd have a pic of a suspect.

What city are you in?

You should've taken a picture of his license plate. I would never own a ITR and not have a garage space for it.

I really can't get over the headaches that some of you have with the R, Like I have said in numerous past posts That I can leave my car around here on the street for a short time up to 6/7 hours and no one even looks twice.
I know that If I left it for more then one day in the same spot I might not come back to it but...
So many of you guys/gals live in the sticks and have these problems, I'm in NYC, Bensonhurst Brooklyn to be percise- and yet have only one encounter with in the first month I bought the car and it was a minor one.

I guess its more common to see nice/ pricey cars around here then in the middle of nowhere.
Above is useless

Good luck with keeping your caR safe.

Contact the police, give them a description, etc. Granted it's unlikely they'll do anything, but there is always that slight chance they will mention it and a cop may just drive by at the right time. Highly unlikely.. but worth the few minutes of your time as an attempt to save your car. It'll likely be stolen soon unless those guys scare REALLY easily.

Haha. You need to start thinking less motor and more real life. Like the hood of a sweatshirt.

Yeah I doubt anyone cares about Hondas in Scandanavia. I know that Hondas are only like 2% of the total of cars sold in Sweden. Even if you stole an engine who would you sell it to easily?

This must be the same for some of the guys up north too, like in Montana, though I dunno for sure of course...

My car was stolen out of my driveway in the middle of nowhereville North Carolina. After it was recovered I had it for about 3 months then the wheels got stolen. My R and I have a love/hate relationship, and apparently I'm not the only one. Best of luck.
