Best lube for Energy Suspension bushings?

actually i have slapped vaseline on them before or even pb blaster
they aren't too picky as in what lube they get.

Dow Corning makes a product called DC-111, It is made for this application specifically, It is waterproof, and is good from -20 degrees to +200 degrees.

In one of the many ES bushing threads someone mentioned taking a little sand paper to the bushing surfaces before you install them? Had something to do with keeping them lubed better/longer. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about that.
