Default airbag removed, now the car won't start?

I know it's a long shot, but my jrsc'd b16 GSR ran like a charm the other day. Last night I removed the SRS steering wheel to install a Momo wheel, now the car won't start. I removed the wheel, cable spool, horn (running a seperate button), and cruise control junk, and replaced it with the Momo hub and wheel.

Can the SRS system cause my 96' integra to not run?

FYI, I'm running OBD1 and Hondata. If the SRS system isn't the culprit, I'm baffled as to what it could be.

check you ignition's fuse, it's a 30 amp in the black box near the battery.
chances are if your wroking around the steering cloumn, you might blow the ignition fuse.

How's this for a kick in the *****?

My OBD2-OBD1 harness lost a pinout, and stopped making contact with the ecu. How it happened, why it happened, and what caused it to happen is a mystery.

A to my honda technician friend (he made it clear by laughing at me ) who told me that the SRS had nothing to do with it.
