Well there are a few flashes you can get. The flashs that say they are for the Type R, must have certain things installed before you can get the flash.

In order for you to get the type R flash they require you to have the type R cams, type R Intake manifold, and type R pistons or the flash will not work correctly.

The type S has a few different settings you can choose from.
1. ivtec = 5200 redline 7900
2. ivtec= 5200 redline 8600
There are some flash's where you can maintain your stock redline.

As for the type R flash you must have the ITR cams, pistons, and Intake manifold installed or the car will run like **** if you have the ITR flash. If you need more information just go to. http://www.hondata.com and ask them for further information.
